How employers can work with CEC
The Employer Standardsfree online self-assessment survey and data dashboard will help you to understand where your business is, what good looks like and how to improve with support.
Careers Hubs enables you to connect to specific schools, special schools and colleges based on data allowing you to target your activities, experiences of the workplace, share resources and support clear pathways into your sector.
Cornerstone Employer: Allows you to raise your profile in a specific geographic area with schools, special schools and colleges as well as local government and employers joining a community of over 400 businesses nationwide.
Enterprise Adviser: Employees engage with local education establishments which improves workplace skills whilst investing also in the community and building your brand locally.
Teacher encounters: Allows you to work with teaching staff/tutors to ensure that the curriculum has careers and skills built in and they have up to date information about the local labour market.
Industry Partnerships: Enables business and sector bodies to activate their ambitions around talent and skills pipelines.
